Exclusivegiftart is committed to providing high-quality landscape design services and educational workshops. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns for our services and products.

Design Services

Our landscape design services are custom-tailored to each client's specific needs and property. Due to the personalized nature of our design work, the following policies apply:

Consultation Services

Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. If you need to reschedule a consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will work with you to find an alternative date that suits your schedule.

Design Projects

For ongoing design projects:

• If you cancel before design work has begun, you may receive a full refund of any deposits paid, minus a 10% administrative fee.
• If you cancel after design work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed.
• Once final design plans have been delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued.
• Any changes or revisions to approved designs may incur additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Workshop and Class Registrations

Our design workshop classes have the following cancellation and refund policies:

Cancellation by Participant

If you need to cancel your workshop registration:

• More than 14 days before the workshop: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee
• 7-14 days before the workshop: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before the workshop: No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person or apply the credit to a future workshop (valid for 12 months)
• No-show on the day of the workshop: No refund or credit will be issued

Cancellation by Exclusivegiftart

In the rare event that we must cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrollment, severe weather, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another scheduled workshop at no additional cost.

Physical Products and Materials

If we provide physical products or materials as part of our services:

• Custom-ordered materials cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
• Standard products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Plants and living materials are not eligible for return or refund due to their perishable nature, except in cases of misidentification or significant damage upon delivery.

Installation Services

For landscape installation services:

• Deposits for installation services are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled.
• If you cancel installation services after work has begun, you will be charged for all work completed and materials used, plus any cancellation fees outlined in your contract.
• We guarantee our installation workmanship for one year from the date of completion. If issues arise due to our workmanship, we will repair or replace at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

If you are eligible for a refund:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days of approval.
• For payments made by check, refunds will be issued by check and may take up to 30 business days.
• Processing fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your concerns. We are committed to working with you to find a satisfactory resolution. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.

Force Majeure

Exclusivegiftart shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this policy which is due to earthquake, fire, flood, act of God, act of war, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, government action, or other cause which is beyond our reasonable control.

Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
